We are thrilled to share that our 2024 Leadership Summit was an incredible success! This year’s theme, “Building Value Since 1928,” encouraged everyone to reflect on our rich history, celebrate our current achievements, and eagerly anticipate the bright future we are creating together as a team.
With emphasis on this year’s theme, we focused on several key areas of discussion for our managers and field leaders, including:
- Building Value with Facility Solutions
- Building Value through VDC/Prefabrication
- Building Value with Talent Development and Workforce Engagement
- Building Value through AI Tools for Enhanced Personal Productivity
- Building Value with Strategic Initiatives
Over the course of this impactful three-day event, our management and field leadership participated in a variety of workshops, breakout sessions, and main group meetings, all while enjoying some exciting activities.
On Thursday, we welcomed all of our managers to the hometown of our headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida. On Friday, both our field leaders and managers came together for the summit, and Saturday was dedicated exclusively to our field leaders.
Throughout the summit, our general sessions concentrated on enhancing value while fostering our growth and expansion. The engaging breakout sessions provided opportunities for more personal discussions around these essential values. And don’t worry—while we focused on important topics, we also embraced a lot fun!
On our first night, we were treated to a fantastic custom performance by Kelley James, who kept everyone entertained with laughter and joy by creating a custom “Miller” rap. The following evening, our field leaders showcased their competitive spirit through an impromptu field day in the outfield and played a few rounds of corn hole at the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp Baseball grounds!
