Miller Electric Company and the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office partnered with Dreams Come True of Jacksonville, Inc. to help make today a special one for Riley Ruppert-Richendollar. Riley (age 7) is battling a brain tumor and is currently undergoing chemotherapy. Riley loves everything related to policemen, and thanks to JSO, he was able to meet some of his heroes today! Sheriff Mike Williams was in attendance to deputize Riley, and then put him in charge of taking down a suspect in the area with help from the SWAT Team, Canine Officers, Bike Officers, and Motorcycle Officers. Riley even received some JSO air support! We would like to thank everyone who helped make today a success. We send our best wishes to Riley and his parents, Robert and Scott. We look forward to seeing you all again very soon!
