Miller Electric Company worked closely with Kendale Construction to deliver a distribution warehouse for the holiday shipping rush. This was a fast paced project performed in seven weeks due to client deadlines. The project was completed on time and within the allocated budget of $111,000.00.
Miller Electric Company installed two IDF platforms in the office area and one in the warehouse to support future communication and network systems installation. The project required the installation of traffic signal lighting at the two drive-through doors. This was performed to ensure driver safety while entering and exiting the building. We also put in Detex door alarms on exterior doors. Changes to the bathrooms were also made to meet ADA requirements. Electrical work was completed for warehouse ventilation and heating. All lighting was repaired on a need basis with the addition of emergency and exit lighting. We lastly ensured that the existing electrical installation was brought up to code.
