Our critical facilities team recently completed a technology refresh for a major data center client in Jacksonville, Florida. Without affecting the critical data center plant and load, a matching temporary generator plant was utilized as a standby system while the existing generator system and Russelectric switchgear were taken offline. Our team installed battery disconnects and new EMCP 4.2b controllers on the CAT generators and the Russelectric legacy controls were replaced with state-of-the-art digital controls and PCM’s.
