Our commitment to training and development continues to drive meaningful growth across our organization. Over the past several weeks, we’ve celebrated important milestones across multiple programs designed to prepare our teams for the future of our industry, from project management and skilled trades to virtual design and construction.
PM Academy: Building Electrical Project Managers for the 21st Century
We are proud to recognize 25 graduates from PM Academy Cohorts 6 and 7, representing 10 branches across the organization. This apprenticeship program is focused on developing the next generation of electrical project managers by combining technical knowledge, leadership skills, and real-world applications.
These graduates have demonstrated dedication, commitment, and hard work throughout the program, and we congratulate them as they take the next step in their project management journeys.
Trade Pro Academy: Powering the Electrical Workforce
At our Trade Pro Academy, hosted at the Jacksonville Electrical Training Alliance (ETA), the current cohort is fully immersed in learning and hands-on experience. Students are now deep into their Capstone Projects, the final milestone of the intensive 30 day program before graduating and entering the electrical workforce.
Their daily commitment and focus reflect the strength of this program and the bright future ahead. With skills sharpened and confidence growing, this group is well positioned to make an impact - light bulbs officially on.
VDC Apprenticeship Program: Continuing a Strong Foundation
We’re also excited to highlight the VDC Apprenticeship Program, a nationally registered, 12 month apprenticeship that reflects a continued investment in learning, growth, and career advancement. As our VDC team continues to expand, this program supports Modelers and Drafters through structured training and mentorship aligned with industry standards.
Fourteen team members are currently participating, building on a strong foundation while advancing their technical and professional skills.
